Complete Care has announced the launch of a new brand for the business, previously known as The Complete Group.
The new identity was created to better represent the core vision of the business, which is focused on “enriching lives through exceptional care, inspired by a commitment to clinical excellence”.
The rebrand marks an important step for the business, which was acquired by Mitie in 2014, and has since been through a period of integration and transformation, including a number of new senior appointments.
Developing the culture of the business, refocusing on key drivers of quality, responsiveness, and cost-effectiveness, and concentrating on the overall client experience, have all been central to the development of the new brand.
Refreshing the visual identity includes a new approach to marketing that aims to be more engaging, friendly and dynamic. As part of the process, a new, fully responsive website was developed for the business, highlighting the ways in which Complete Care works with a range of clients, parents and families, and commissioners.
Part of Mitie’s healthcare offering, Complete Care is a leading provider of nurse-led complex care in the home. It currently provides care to over 130 clients throughout England and Wales, employing over 700 people, including registered nurses and personal care assistants.
Complete Care specialises in caring for clients with a range of conditions, including acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and other disabling conditions, including cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis and muscular dystrophy.
Alex Sweeney, Managing Director of Complete Care, said:
“Providing high quality care grounded in clinical excellence sits at the heart of Complete Care.
“Changing our brand gives us a stronger presence in the market, helps us better reflect what we value and who we are as a business, and supports our ambition to be a best in class provider of complex care services in the home.”
