Our roles are permanent which give you guaranteed hours, working 1:1 in the client's home. Full training is provided & progression opportunities available!

We are currently looking to recruit compassionate, dedicated and conscientious individuals who are looking to make a difference to our complex care clients in this varied and rewarding role in Cardiff (CF23)

Full funded training will be provided specific to client's needs.

Hours: 20 hours contract

Pay rate: £8.50- £10.21 per hour

Shifts: 6.30am - 12.30pm;  12.00- 18.30pm; 12.00- 18.30pm; 22.00pm-06.00 am, 11.00am - 14.00pm

Location: Cardiff (CF23)

Requirements:

- You must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends on a rota basis

As a Healthcare Assistant you will provide and maintain a high standard of care to highly dependent clients with varied and complex care needs, allowing them to live independent and fulfilling lives within their own homes. To work either as part of a team or independently, ensuring that at all times your client receives an effective and efficient service that meets their chosen lifestyle, within a safe environment.

We will provide you with client specific training to ensure that your client receives the best level of care possible.
